Equality and diverse perspectives are declared goals in our working world, but established structures are changing only slowly, even in the design industry. In addition to the visibility of female and diverse role models, it is equally important to reflect on structural factors, to actively change and shape them.

Therefore, in CONSTELLATIONS* we broaden our view: from individual stars of the industry to new female and diverse networks in which designers move, work and support each other. Together, diverse constellations, cooperative structures and new working worlds
